Option 1: Self Represented Support Track
(Legal Coaching)

The Empowerment Track

Best for: The proactive self-represented litigant. If you are comfortable handling the "footwork" but want to ensure your legal documents are bulletproof, this is for you. I act as your behind-the-scenes expert, providing the tools and strategy you need to represent yourself with confidence.

  • We Provide: Professional Guideline calculations, precision drafting of your Motion forms (15, 15A, and 13), and a customized "Filing & Service Roadmap."

  • You Provide: The filing at the courthouse and communication with the other party.

  • The Benefit: Significant cost savings and the pride of navigating your own legal journey with professional-grade materials.

Our coaching fee is split into three simple steps—Financial Review, Document Drafting, and your Filing Roadmap—so you only pay for the expert support you need to represent yourself with confidence.

Option 2: Full Representation Track (Authorized FLSP)

The Partnership Track

Best for: The client who wants comprehensive management. If you prefer to have a licensed professional handle the deadlines, the paperwork, and the process from start to finish, this track offers full-service support. I step in as your Representative of Record, allowing you to focus on your life while I handle the legal heavy lifting.

  • We Provide: Full file management, including drafting, formal service on the other party, court filing, and managing all correspondence. We also prepare the final Consent Order for the Judge’s signature.

  • You Provide: Your financial disclosure and instructions.

  • The Benefit: Peace of mind knowing every detail is managed, every deadline is met, and you have a dedicated professional handling the court process.

Our representation fee is broken into three clear steps— Case Setup, Drafting & Service, and Finalizing your Order—giving you a predictable, step-by-step way to have your entire legal process managed for you.
